# Point English Olympiad & Cultural Fiesta 2026 **Come to the POINT!** Join the **Point English Olympiad & Cultural Fiesta 2026 (Season-02)**, organized by the **English Spoken Club of North Point School & College**, Pirganj, Thakurgaon. The event combines an English Olympiad with a range of speaking and debate activities designed to encourage students to develop their English communication, reasoning, confidence, creativity, and general awareness. **Top 50 participants in each category** will receive recognition in the results. ## 🎤 Additional Competitions ### বিতর্ক — বাংলা (নক-আউট পর্ব) Three debate rounds will be held on the following topics: 1. **1st Round:** দুর্নীতি রোধে সরকার অপেক্ষা গণমাধ্যমের ভূমিকা বেশি কার্যকর। 2. **2nd Round:** জনগণের অসচেতনতাই পরিবেশ দূষণের জন্য দায়ী। 3. **3rd Round:** কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা মানবসভ্যতার ভবিষ্যৎ অস্তিত্বের হুমকি। **উপস্থিত বক্তৃতা (বাংলা)** topics include: * জুলাই গণঅভ্যুথান * শরৎকালের একটি দিন * মোবাইল ছাড়া একটি দিন * লাইব্রেরির প্রয়োজনীয়তা * বৃক্ষ ### Debate-English (Knockout Round) * **1st Round:** Country life is better than city life. * **2nd Round:** Mobile Phone is more useful than harmful. * **3rd Round:** Illiteracy is the main barrier to the development of Bangladesh. ### Extempore (English) Participants can speak on topics including: * The importance of saving water * Youth and social media * The value of discipline in student life * Reading books in the age of social media * How can we keep our environment clean? ## 🎁 Awards & Prizes The event offers **more than BDT 1,00,000 in total awards and prizes**.
